Ali was asked, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ single you out with anything special?"He replied, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not single us out with anything that he did not give to people in general, except for what is in the sheath of this sword of mine."He then took out a sheet on which was written, "Allah has cursed whoever sacrifices to other than Allah. Allah has cursed whoever Saraqs the boundary markers of the land. Allah has cursed whoever curses his father. Allah has cursed whoever shelters an innovator."
سئل علي: أخصكم رسول الله ﷺ بشيء؟ فقال ما خصنا رسول الله ﷺ بشيء لم يعم به الناس كافة إلا ما كان في قراب سيفي هذا قال: فأخرج صحيفة مكتوب فيها: لعن الله من ذبح لغير الله، ولعن الله من سرق منار الأرض، ولعن الله من لعن والده، ولعن الله من آوى محدثا.
