Anas bin Malik reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said on the Day of Sacrifice, "Whoever slaughtered before the prayer must repeat the sacrifice."A man stood up and said, "Messenger of Allah, this is a day on which meat is craved," and he mentioned his neighbors, "and I have a young goat that is better than two sheep of meat."So the Prophet ﷺ granted him permission to do so. I do not know whether this concession extended to anyone besides him or not… the rest of the hadith.

Sahihعن أنس قال
قال النبي ﷺ يوم النحر: من ذبح قبل الصلاة فليعد، فقام رجل فقال: يا رسول الله، إن هذا يوم يشتهي فيه اللحم- وذكر جيرانه- وعندي جذعة خير من شاتي لحم. فرخص له ذلك، فلا أدري أبلغت الرخصة من سواه أم لا… الحديث.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Sacrifices (5549), and Muslim in the Book of Sacrifices (10:1962), both through the route of Ibrahim bin Ulaya, from Ayub, from Muhammad bin Sirin, from Anas, who related it.Anas's statement 
, "I do not know whether the permission extended to anyone besides him or not." Nawawi said, "This uncertainty relates to what Anas knew, and the Prophet had already stated explicitly, in the previously mentioned hadith of Bara bin Azib, that it would not extend to anyone else and would not suffice for anyone after him." End of quote. Sharh Sahih Muslim (13:116).And his statement ﷺ, "It will not be valid for anyone but you." Bayhaqi said, "This was a young goat, and that is why it was not permitted for anyone after him." Sunan Sughra (4/497, with Minna Kubra).
