The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would often swear by this oath, "No, by the One who turns the hearts."
كثيرا ما كان رسول الله ﷺ يحلف بهذه اليمين: لا ومقلب القلوب.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Oaths and Vows (6628) from Muhammad bin Yusuf, from Sufyan, from Musa bin Uqba, from Salim, from Abdullah bin Umar, and he related it.
