The Prophet ﷺ said to Maez bin Malik, "Is what has reached me about you true?"He asked, "What has reached you about me?"The Prophet ﷺ said, "I have been told that you had relations with the slave girl of so-and-so's family."He answered, "Yes."So he gave testimony four times, then the Prophet ﷺ ordered that he be stoned, and he was stoned.
أن النبي ﷺ قال لماعز بن مالك: أحق ما بلغني عنك؟ قال: وما بلغك عني؟ قال: بلغني أنك وقعت بجارية آل فلان قال: نعم. قال: فشهد أربع شهادات، ثم أمر به فرجم.
