Urwa bin Zubayr reported,

A woman stole something during the conquest of Mecca, so she was brought before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who ordered that her hand be cut off, and it was done.Ayesha said, "She repented sincerely and later married. After that, she would come to me, and I would convey her needs to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
