The Prophet ﷺ noticed traces of yellow scent on Abdul-Rahman and asked, "What is this?"He replied, "I have married a woman for the weight of a date-stone in gold."The Prophet ﷺ said, "May Allah bless you. Hold a wedding feast, even if only with a single sheep."
رأى النبي ﷺ على عبد الرحمن أثر صفرة فقال: مهيم، أو مه قال: تزوجت امرأة على وزن نواة من ذهب فقال: بارك الله لك، أولم ولو بشاة.
Bukhari related it in the Book of Supplications (6386), and Muslim in the Book of Marriage (1427:79), both from the hadith of Hammad bin Zayd, from Thabit, from Anas, who narrated it. The wording given here is Bukhari's. Muslim's wording is similar, except that he did not mention "Mahyam" or "Mah."
