The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of women is one who pleases you when you look at her, obeys you when you give her a command, and guards herself and your property in your absence."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: خير النساء تسرك إذا أبصرت، وتطيعك إذا أمرت، وتحفظ غيبتك في نفسها ومالها.

Tabarani narrated it in Kabir (14/338, no. 14969) from Abbas bin Fadl Asfati, who said, "Musa bin Ismail narrated to us, Zurayk bin Abu Zurayk narrated to us, from Muawiya bin Qurra, from Abdullah bin Salam," who said, and he mentioned it as above. Its isnad is hasan because of Tabarani's teacher, Abbas bin Fadl Asfati, about whom Daraqutni said, "Truthful." Sualat Hakim (192).Haythami said in Majma (4/273), "Tabarani narrated it, and it contains Ruzayk bin Abu Ruzayk, whom I do not know, but the rest of its narrators are trustworthy."I say, he did not know him because the name had become corrupted in his source as "Ruzayk bin Abu Ruzayk" (with the ra preceding and the za following), whereas the correct form is "Zurayk bin Abu Zurayk" (with the za preceding and the ra following). He is Abu Nadr, or as some say, Abu Nadra al-Basri. Bukhari mentioned him in Tarikh al-Kabir, Ibn Hibban in Thiqat, and Ibn Abu Hatim in Jarh wal-Tadil (3/624), where he cited Ibn Main as having deemed him trustworthy, and Ibn Junayd likewise deemed him trustworthy.It was also narrated from Abu Umama, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he used to say, "After fearing Allah, a believer gains nothing better for himself than a righteous wife. If he commands her, she obeys him. If he looks at her, she pleases him. If he swears an oath concerning her, she fulfills it. And if he is away from her, she is faithful with herself and his wealth." However, it is daif.Ibn Majah narrated it (1857) from Hisham bin Ammar, who said, "Sadaqa bin Khalid narrated to us, Uthman bin Abu Atika narrated to us, from Ali bin Yazid, from Qasim, from Abu Umama," and he mentioned it as above.Uthman bin Abu Atika al-Azdi, the judge, was deemed daif in his narration from Ali bin Yazid, who is Alhani, and this is one of those narrations. Ali bin Yazid Alhani, Abu Abdul-Malik al-Dimashqi, is daif by consensus of the scholars of this field.It was likewise narrated from Ibn Abbas, who said, "When this verse was revealed, "And those who hoard gold and silver" [Tawba 9:34], it weighed heavily upon the Muslims. Umar said, "I will relieve you of this." So he went and said, "O Prophet of Allah, this verse has weighed heavily upon your companions." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah has only made zakat obligatory so that it may purify what remains of your wealth, and He has only made inheritance obligatory so that it may belong to those who come after you."" He said, so Umar exclaimed Allahu Akbar, and then the Prophet said to him, "Shall I not tell you of the best thing a man can treasure? A righteous woman. When he looks at her, she pleases him. When he commands her, she obeys him. And when he is away from her, she safeguards his trust."Abu Dawud narrated it (1664), and it is likewise daif.
