I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, as he was walking between two of the pillars at Mina, "Whoever seizes a hand's span of a Muslim man's property by a false oath, let him take his place in the Fire."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول -وهو يمشي بين جمرتين من الجمار-، وهو يقول: من أخذ شبرا من مال أمرئ مسلم بيمين فاجرة فليتبوأ بيتا من النار.
Ibn Hibban related it in his Sahih (5165) from Muhammad bin Husayn bin Mukarram, who said, Amr bin Ali Fallas told us, who said, Umar bin Abdul-Wahhab Riyahi told us, who said, Yazid bin Zuray told us, Rawh bin Qasim told us, from Ismail bin Umaya, from Umar bin Ataa, from Ubayd bin Jurayj, from Harith bin Barsaa, and he related it.Ibn Hibban said, "Umar bin Abdul-Wahhab is the only one who narrated it."I say, Umar bin Abdul-Wahhab is trustworthy and one of the men of Muslim, so his being the sole narrator does not harm the hadith. Moreover, he was not in fact its sole narrator, as Ibn Hibban claimed, for Hakim related it (4/294–295) by another route from Ismail bin Umaya with his chain, adding in it, "Let your witness convey it to your absent one, twice or three times." He said, the isnad is sahih, and the two of them (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it with this wording.Tabarani also related it in Al-Kabir (3/290) through the hadith of Humaydi, who said, Sufyan told us, who said, Ismail bin Umaya told us, with his chain, in a similar manner. Its isnad is sahih. The hadith has other chains of transmission as well.
