The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever takes any portion of land unjustly will be sunk down through seven earths on the Day of Resurrection."
قال النبي ﷺ: من أخذ من الأرض شيئا بغير حق، خسف به يوم القيامة إلى سبع أرضين.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Injustices (2454), from Muslim bin Ibrahim, who said, Abdullah bin Mubarak told us, Musa bin Uqba told us, from Salim, from his father, and he related it.Firabri said, Abu Jafar bin Abu Hatim said, Abu Abdullah (Bukhari) said, "This hadith is not found in Khurasan in the book of Ibn Mubarak, he dictated it to them in Basra."
