The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five creatures which a person in the state of ihram incurs no sin for killing: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse, and the rabid dog."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: خمس من الدواب ليس على المحرم في قتلهن جناح: الغراب، والحدأة، والعقرب، والفأرة، والكلب العقور.
Malik narrated it in Hajj (88) from Nafi from Ibn Umar, who related it as mentioned. Bukhari narrated it in the Reward of Hunting (1826), and Muslim in Hajj (1199: 76), both of them by way of Malik, with the same wording.
