Bukhari narrated it in the Book of the Obligation of the Khumus (3115), and Muslim in the Book of Salam (2182), both from the hadith of Abu Usama, from Hisham, from his father, from Asma bint Abu Bakr Siddiq, and mentioned it within a long story. Bukhari said, "Abu Damra said, from Hisham, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ granted Zubayr a piece of land from the properties of Banu Nadir."As for what was narrated from Abdullah bin Umar, that the Prophet ﷺ granted Zubayr the running distance of his horse, so he made his horse run until it stopped, then he threw his whip, and the Prophet said, "Give him as far as the whip reached." This narration contains Abdullah bin Umar bin Hafs bin Asim bin Umar bin Khattab, who is daif.By this route it was narrated by Abu Dawud (3072), and this is his wording, and Ahmad (6458), and his wording is, "that the Prophet ﷺ granted Zubayr the running distance of his horse in a piece of land called Turayr, so he made the horse run until it stopped, then he threw his whip, and he said," and he mentioned the rest.His saying, "the running distance of his horse," the word hadr means running, and galloping.
