The Prophet ﷺ said, "Sons of Najjar, name me a price for your walled garden." It contained ruins and palm trees.
قال النبي ﷺ: يا بني النجار، ثامنوني، بحائطكم، وفيه خرب ونخل.
Bukhari related it in the Book of Sales (2106), and Muslim in the Book of Mosques (524:9), via the route of Abdul-Warith bin Saeed, from Abu Tayah Dubai, who said, "Anas bin Malik narrated to us." Then he related it. The wording given is that of Bukhari, and it is found in Muslim within a longer context.
