The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah have mercy on a man who is lenient when he sells, when he buys, and when he demands repayment."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: رحم الله رجلا سمحا إذا باع، وإذا اشترى، وإذا اقتضى.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Sales (2076), from Ali bin Ayyash, who said, Abu Ghassan Muhammad bin Mutarrif narrated to us, who said, Muhammad bin Munkadir narrated to me, from Jabir, with it.
