Zubayr bin Arabi reported,
A man asked Ibn Umar 
about Istilam Hajar. He replied, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ touching it and kissing it."The man said, "Tell me, what if I am crowded out? What if I am overpowered by the crowd?"Ibn Umar responded, "Take your 'what ifs' to Yemen! I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ touching it and kissing it."

Sahihعن الزبير بن عربي قال
سأل رجل ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن استلام الحجر؟ فقال: رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يستلمه ويقبله. قال: قلت: أرأيت إن زحمت، أرأيت إن غلبت؟ قال: اجعل أرأيت باليمن! رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يستلمه ويقبله.
