The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five animals that a person in the state of ihram during Muharram pilgrimage commits no sin in killing: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse, and the rabid dog."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: خمس من الدواب ليس على المحرم في قتلهن جناح: الغراب، والحدأة، والعقرب، والفأرة، والكلب العقور.
Malik narrated it in Hajj (88) from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, as mentioned. Bukhari also narrated it in Recompense of Hunting (1826), and Muslim in Hajj (1199: 76), both of them through Malik, with the same wording.
