Bukhari related it in the Book of Marriage (5089), and Muslim in the Book of Hajj (1207:104), both through Abu Usama Hammad bin Usama, from Hisham bin Urwa, from his father Urwa bin Zubayr, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it, and their wording is identical. As for his saying "my place of release," it is spelled with a kasra on the ha, being a noun of place meaning the place of release from ihram.This hadith reached Shafii only as a mursal narration, as he related it in Al-Umm (2/158) from Sufyan, from Hisham bin Urwa, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah passed by Dubaa bint Zubayr and said to her, "Do you not wish to perform Hajj?" and he mentioned the hadith. Shafii said, "Even if the hadith of Urwa from the Prophet regarding the exception clause were established, I would not refer it back to anyone else, for it is not permissible in my view to hold a position contrary to what is established from the Messenger of Allah." Ibn Majah likewise related it (2937) through Waki, from Hisham, with his chain, as a mursal narration.Bayhaqi (5/221) commented on Shafii's statement, saying, "The hadith has been established through several routes from the Prophet. As for the hadith of Ibn Uyayna from Hisham, it has been related as a connected narration." He then related it through Daraqutni, who said, Ibn Sayd told us, Abdul-Jabbar bin Ala told us, Sufyan bin Uyayna told us, from Hisham bin Urwa, from Urwa, from Ayesha, and he mentioned the hadith. He said, "Abu Usama Hammad bin Usama and Muamar bin Rashid both related it as a connected narration, from Hisham, from his father, from Ayesha," and he mentioned it. The hadith of Abu Usama is found in the Sahihayn, as you have seen.Dubaa bint Zubayr bin Abdul-Muttalib is the Prophet's paternal cousin, and she is sometimes attributed to her grandfather Abdul-Muttalib. She was the wife of Miqdad bin Aswad, and Zubayr bin Abdul-Muttalib had no offspring except through Dubaa.
