Abdullah bin Abbas reported,
Dubaa bint Zubayr bin Abdul-Muttalib 
came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I am a heavy woman, and I wish to perform the Hajj. What do you advise me?"He said, "Enter into ihram for Hajj, and stipulate that my place of release is wherever You detain me."She said, "And so I was able to complete it."

to exit ihram due to illness or similar excuses to exit ihram due to illness or similar excusesMuslim narrated it in the Book of Hajj (1208) via the route of Ibn Jurayj, who said, Abu Zubayr informed me that he heard Tawus and Ikrima, the freedman of Ibn Abbas, narrating from Ibn Abbas, with the same wording.His saying, "so I completed it," means she completed the Hajj and did not exit the state of ihram until she had finished it. In this hadith there is evidence that one who is prevented from completing Hajj may exit ihram wherever he is held back, and he slaughters his sacrificial animal there, whether it is within the sacred territory or outside it. This is what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did in the year of Hudaybiya, when he was prevented from proceeding, for he slaughtered his sacrificial animal and exited the state of ihram.
