Abdullah bin Amr bin As reported,

The Prophet ﷺ leaned against the Kaabah, exhorted the people, and reminded them. Then he said, "No one is to pray after Asr until nightfall, nor after Fajr until the sun rises, and no woman is to travel a journey of three days except with a Muharram."

عن عبد الله بن عمرو

أن النبي ﷺ استند إلى الكعبة، فوعظ الناس، وذكرهم، ثم قال: لا يصلين أحد بعد العصر حتى الليل، ولا بعد الصبح حتى تطلع الشمس، ولا تسافر امرأة إلا مع ذي محرم ثلاثة أيام.
