The Prophet ﷺ gave a sermon and said, "None shall enter Paradise except a believer, and these days are days of eating and drinking."
أن النبي ﷺ خطب، فقال: إنه لا يدخل الجنة إلا مؤمن، وإن هذه الأيام أيام أكل وشرب.
Ibn Majah (1720), Nasai in Al-Kubra (2894), Tabarani in Al-Kabir (1206), and Ahmad (15428, 15430) all narrated it through the route of Habib bin Abu Thabit, from Nafi bin Jubayr bin Mutim, from Bishr bin Suhaym, and he mentioned it.Ahmad (15429), Darimi (1807), Ibn Khuzayma (2960), and Nasai in Al-Kubra (2895) and Al-Mujtaba (4994) all narrated it through routes from Amr bin Dinar, from Nafi bin Jubayr, from Bishr bin Suhaym, and he mentioned the hadith, except that in some of the routes it is, from Nafi bin Jubayr, from a man among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ, that he sent Bishr bin Suhaym and commanded him to call out, and he mentioned it.This contains a corroboration for Habib bin Abu Thabit, since he was accused of tadlis. It has also been narrated from him as mursal, but this does not harm the one who connected it. For this reason Daraqutni, Abu Dharr Harawi, and Ibn Saad graded it sahih, as Ibn Hajar mentioned in his biographical entry in Al-Isabah (661).
