The Messenger of Allah ﷺ withdrew from his wives for a month. He came out to us on the twenty-ninth day, and we said, "It has only been twenty-nine days." He clapped his hands together three times, holding back one finger on the last clap.
كان رسول الله ﷺ اعتزل نساءه شهرا، فخرج إلينا في تسع وعشرين، فقلنا: إنما الشهر، وصفق بيديه ثلاث مرات، وحبس إصبعا واحدة في الآخرة.
