Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

A man suffered a financial loss during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding fruits he had purchased, and his debts grew large. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give charity to him."So the people gave charity to him, but it was not enough to settle his debts. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said to his creditors, "Take what you find, and you have nothing beyond that."
