A man reported,

I came to the Prophet ﷺ and heard him addressing the people, saying, "The hand that gives is the upper hand. Your mother and your father, your sister and your brother, then those nearest to you in kinship and so on."A man said, "Messenger of Allah, these are the sons of Thalaba who attacked so-and-so."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "No soul commits a crime against another."
