Tariq reported,

We arrived in Medina, and there was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ standing on the pulpit addressing the people, saying, "The hand of the giver is the upper hand. Begin with those you support, your mother and your father, your sister and your brother, then those nearest to you and those nearest after them."

عن طارق المحاربي، قال

قدمنا المدينة فإذا رسول الله ﷺ قائم على المنبر يخطب الناس وهو يقول: يد المعطي العليا، وابدأ بمن تعول، أمك وأباك، وأختك وأخاك، ثم أدناك أدناك.
