Abdullah bin Yazid reported,

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Ahmad (18741), Ibn Abu Asim in al-Ahad wal-Mathani (2118), and Bukhari in Adab al-Mufrad (231) all narrated it, all of them through the hadith of Abdul-Jabbar bin Abbas, from Adi bin Thabit, from Abdullah bin Yazid, who related it.Its chain of transmission is hasan, due to the discussion about Abdul-Jabbar bin Abbas, though his hadith is hasan.Haythami mentioned it in al-Majma (3/136) and said, "Ahmad and Tabarani narrated it, and the men of Ahmad are trustworthy."
