Anas bin Malik reported,

A man said, "Messenger of Allah, so-and-so has a palm tree, and I want it to complete the boundary of my garden. Order him to give it to me so I can straighten my wall."The Prophet ﷺ said to the owner, "Give it to him in exchange for a palm tree in Paradise."But the man refused. Then Abu al-Dahdah came to him and said, "Sell me your palm tree in exchange for my entire garden."He agreed. So Abu al-Dahdah went to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I have purchased that palm tree in exchange for my garden. Give it to him, for I have given it to you."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How many heavy, laden clusters of dates await Abu al-Dahdah in Paradise!" He repeated this several times. Then Abu al-Dahdah went to his wife and said, "Umm al-Dahdah, leave the garden, for I have sold it for a palm tree in Paradise."She replied, "What a profitable deal!" or words to that effect.
