Abu Umar Ghadani reported,

I was sitting with Abu Hurairah when a man from Banu Amir bin Sasaah passed by, and someone said, "This is the wealthiest of the Amiris in livestock."Abu Hurairah said, "Bring him back to me." So they brought him back, and Abu Hurairah said, "I have been told that you possess great wealth?"The Amiri replied, "Yes, by Allah, I own a hundred red camels, a hundred dark ones," and he went on listing the various colors of camels, varieties of slaves, and tethered horses.Abu Hurairah said, "Beware of the hooves of camels and the cloven hooves of sheep!" He kept repeating this to him until the color of the Amiri's face began to change. The Amiri asked, "What do you mean by that, Abu Hurairah?"Abu Hurairah said, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever owns camels and does not pay their due in times of hardship and ease..."We said, "Messenger of Allah, what is meant by their times of ease and hardship?"He said, "In times of difficulty and prosperity. For on the Day of Resurrection, they will come in their fattest, largest, plumpest, and most vigorous form. Then their owner will be laid flat on a level plain, and they will trample him with their hooves. As soon as the last of them has passed over him, the first will be brought back upon him, on a Day whose length is fifty thousand years, until judgment is passed among people and he sees his path, either to Paradise or to Hell. And if he owned cattle and did not pay their due in times of hardship and ease, they will come on the Day of Resurrection in their fattest, largest, plumpest, and most vigorous form. Then he will be laid flat on a level plain, and every one of them with cloven hooves will trample him with its hooves, and every one with horns will gore him with its horns. As soon as the last of them has passed over him, the first will be brought back upon him, on a Day whose length is fifty thousand years, until judgment is passed among people and he sees his path. And if he owned sheep and did not pay their due in times of hardship and ease, they will come on the Day of Resurrection in their fattest, largest, plumpest, and most vigorous form. Then he will be laid flat on a level plain, and every one with cloven hooves will trample him with its hooves, and every one with horns will gore him with its horns, and none among them will have twisted horns or be hornless. As soon as the last of them has passed over him, the first will be brought back upon him, on a Day whose length is fifty thousand years, until judgment is passed among people and he sees his path."The Amiri then asked, "And what is the due of camels, Abu Hurairah?"He replied, "That you give of the noble ones, lend out the abundant milkers, give one its back to ride, give of its milk to drink, and lend the stud for breeding."
