A child was buried, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone could escape the squeeze of the grave, this child would have escaped it."
أن صبيا دفن، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: لو أفلت أحد من ضمة القبر لأفلت هذا الصبي.
Tabarani related it in al-Kabir (4/143) from Husayn bin Ishaq Tustari, who said, "Uthman bin Abu Shayba told us, Waki told us, from Hammad bin Salama, from Thumama bin Abdullah bin Anas, from Bara bin Azib, from Abu Ayub," and he mentioned it.Haythami said in al-Majma (3/47), "Tabarani related it in al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih."I say, it is as he said, except that Thumama bin Abdullah bin Anas, although he is among the narrators of the Sahih, is only "truthful" (saduq).
