A man died during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and no shroud could be found for him. They came to the Prophet ﷺ, who said, "Look inside the fold of his lower garment."A Dinar, or two Dinars, was found there.He said, "Two cauterizations. Pray over your companion yourselves."A man said, "I will take responsibility for paying them, Messenger of Allah."So he prayed over him.
توفي رجل على عهد رسول الله ﷺ فلم يوجد له كفن فأتوا النبي ﷺ فقال: انظروا إلى داخلة إزاره فأصيب دينار، أو ديناران فقال: كيتان صلوا على صاحبكم فقال رجل: إلى قضاؤها يا رسول الله، فصلى عليه.

Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir (4/124) from Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Abu Khaythama, who said, Abdul-Rahman bin Yunus Raqqi told us, Uqba bin Alqama told us, from Artah bin Munzir, from Damra bin Habib, from Abu Umama, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Uqba bin Alqama, who is Muafiri, about whom there is disagreement, though his hadith is hasan unless the hadith comes through his son Muhammad, for he used to fabricate material and attribute it to him, and likewise unless the hadith is from his narration from Uzai, for he related from him things that no one else agrees with him on, as Ibn Adi said. Ibn Abu Khaythama and Abu Mishar both deemed him trustworthy, and Ibn Main said, "There is no harm in him." Haythami said in Al-Majmu (3/41), "Its narrators are trustworthy."
