Abdullah bin Masud reported,
A Jewish scholar came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Muhammad," or "Abu Qasim, Allah will hold the heavens on one finger on the Day of Resurrection, the earths on another finger, the mountains and trees on another finger, the water and soil on another finger, and the rest of creation on another finger. Then He will shake them and say, 'I am the King, I am the King.'"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ laughed in amazement at what the scholar said, affirming his statement, then he recited, "They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal, while the earth entirely will be in His grip on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right hand. Exalted is He 
above what they associate with Him" [Zumar 39:67].

Sahihعن ابن مسعود قال
جاء حبر إلى النبي ﷺ فقال: يا محمد- أو يا أبا القاسم-، إن الله يمسك السماوات يوم القيامة على إصبع، والأرضين على إصبع، والجبال والشجر على إصبع، والماء والثرى على إصبع، وسائر الخلق على إصبع، ثم يهزهن فيقول: أنا الملك، أنا الملك، فضحك رسول الله ﷺ تعجبا مما قال الحبر تصديقا له، ثم قرأ {وما قدروا الله حق قدره والأرض جميعا قبضته يوم القيامة والسماوات مطويات بيمينه سبحانه وتعالى عما يشركون} [سورة الزمر: ٦٧].
Muslim narrated it in the Chapter on the Attributes of the Hypocrites (2786), from Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Yunus, who said, Fudayl (meaning Ibn Iyad) narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Ubayda Salmani, from Abdullah bin Masud, and he related it.Bukhari narrated it in the Book on Monotheism (7414), from Musaddad, who heard Yahya bin Saeed, from Sufyan, who said, Mansur narrated to me, with his chain, similarly.Bukhari said, Yahya bin Saeed said, Fudayl bin Iyad added to it, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Ubayda, from Abdullah, "So the Messenger of Allah laughed in wonder and confirmation of him."I say, he is referring to the chain I have set out above.
