Abu Ishaq reported,

I heard Aswad report from Abdullah bin Masud, who said, "The Prophet ﷺ recited Surah an-Najm in Makkah and prostrated during it, and those with him prostrated as well, except for one old man who took a handful of pebbles, or dirt, raised it to his forehead, and said, 'This is enough for me.'"I later saw that man killed as a disbeliever.

عن أبي إسحاق قال

سمعت الأسود، عن عبد الله بن مسعود قال: قرأ النبي ﷺ النجم بمكة، فسجد فيها وسجد معه، غير أخذ كفا من حصى، أو تراب فرفعه إلى جبهته وقال: يكفيني هذا. شيخ فرأيته بعد ذلك قتل كافرا.
