The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah descends to the lowest heaven at the middle of the night, or the last third of the night, and says, 'Who is calling upon Me, that I may answer him? Who is asking of Me, that I may grant him?' Then He says, 'Who will lend to One who is neither destitute nor unjust?'"
Muslim narrated it in "Prayer of the Traveler" (758: (171)) from Hajjaj bin Shayr, who said, Muhadir Abul-Muwarra narrated to us, Saad bin Saeed narrated to us, he said, Ibn Marjana told me, he said, I heard Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it.Regarding his saying "not lacking," the scholars of language said, it is said that a man becomes "amdama" when he becomes poor, so he is described as mudim, adim, or adum.
