Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in his sermon on the day of Arafah, "You will be asked about me, so what will you say?"They replied, "We bear witness that you have conveyed the message, fulfilled your trust, and given sincere counsel."He then raised his index finger toward the sky and pointed it at the people, saying, "Allah, bear witness. Allah, bear witness. Allah, bear witness," three times.

عن جابر بن عبد الله

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال في خطبته يوم عرفة: وأنتم تسألون عني، فما أنتم قائلون؟ قالوا: نشهد أنك قد بلغت وأديت ونصحت. فقال: بإصبعه السبابة يرفعها إلى السماء وينكتها إلى الناس: اللهم اشهد، اللهم اشهد ثلاث مرات.
