The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from attending the mosques of Allah, but let them go out without perfume."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: لا تمنعوا إماء الله مساجد الله، وليخرجن تفلات.
Ahmad (21673), Tabarani in Kabir (5239), and Bazzar in Kashf Astar (445) all narrated it through different routes from Abdul-Rahman bin Ishaq, from Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Uthman, from Busr bin Saeed, from Zayd bin Khalid, who mentioned something similar.Its chain of transmission is hasan, for Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Amr is truthful, and the rest of the men are the men of the Sahih, as Haythami said in Majma (32/2-33). Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (2211) and reported it through this same route.
