The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The wrongdoer will come on the Day of Resurrection, and when he reaches the bridge over Hell, between the darkness and the rugged terrain, the one he wronged will meet him. He will recognize him and recall the wrong done to him. The wronged will continue to take retribution from the wrongdoers until they strip away whatever good deeds remain in their hands. If they have no good deeds left, the wrongdoers will be loaded with sins equivalent to the wrongs they committed, until they are cast into the lowest depths of the Fire."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: يجيء الظالم يوم القيامة حتى إذا كان على جسر جهنم بين الظلمة والوعرة، لقيه المظلوم، فعرفه وعرف ما ظلمه به، فما يبرح الذين ظلموا يقتصون من الذين ظلموا حتى ينزعوا ما في أيديهم من الحسنات، فإن لم يكن لهم حسنات رد عليهم من سيئاتهم مثل ما ظلموا حتى يوردوا الدرك الأسفل من النار.

Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat (5973), and the wording given here follows his version, and Bukhari narrated it in Tarikh al-Kabir (2/228), though he did not give the wording of the hadith. Both came through routes from Husayn Muallim, from Ayub, from Jahm bin Fadala Bahili, from Abu Umama Bahili, who said, then he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Jahm bin Fadala Bahili, from whom two narrators reported. Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators, and he belongs to the generation of the Followers. There is nothing objectionable in his hadith, rather he has sound foundations, so someone like him has his hadith graded hasan, and this is one of his narrations.Haythami said in Majma (10/354), "Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat, and its narrators were deemed trustworthy."
