My mother and my aunt told me that the Prophet ﷺ adorned them with earrings of gold.

Ibn Abu Asim narrated it in Al-Ahad wal-Mathani (6/168), from Hisham bin Ammar, who said, our teacher Saeed bin Yahya Lakhmi narrated to us, our teacher Muhammad bin Amr bin Alqama narrated to us, Muhammad bin Umara bin Hazm narrated to me, from Zaynab bint Nubayt bin Jabir, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Muhammad bin Amr bin Alqama and his teacher Muhammad bin Umara bin Haram, for both of them make the hadith hasan. Tabarani also narrated it in Al-Kabir (25/185) through another route from Muhammad bin Amr bin Alqama, in a longer form. Haythami mentioned it in Al-Majma (5/150) citing Tabarani and said, "It contains Muhammad bin Amr bin Alqama, and the lowest grade of his hadith is hasan, while the rest of its narrators are trustworthy."I say, Abdullah bin Jafar followed him in narrating from Muhammad bin Umara. Ibn Manda narrated it in Marifat al-Sahaba, as Ibn Hajar mentioned in Al-Isaba (7/686). It has also been narrated as a mursal report, and the ruling belongs to whoever connects the chain.As for her saying "riaath," the riaath are earrings, a type of ear jewelry, the singular of which is riatha.
