He never refused perfume, and he stated that the Prophet ﷺ never refused perfume.

Bukhari related it in the Book of Dress (5929), from Abu Naeem (who is Fadl bin Dukayn), who said, Azra bin Thabit Ansari narrated to us, who said, Thumama bin Abdullah narrated to me, from Anas, and he mentioned it.
