The pillow that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recline on was made of leather, stuffed with palm fiber.
كان وسادة رسول الله ﷺ التي يتكئ عليها من أدم، حشوها ليف.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Clothing (2082), from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, who said, Abdah bin Sulayman told us, from Hisham bin Urwa, from his father, from Ayesha, and she mentioned it.Her saying "adam" is the plural of "adeem," which is tanned leather.
