"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ clothed me with a garment from the silken robes that Fayruz had presented to him as a gift. I put on the lower wrap, but it was far too long and too wide for me, so it dragged on the ground. Then I put on the upper cloak and used it to cover my head. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took hold of my shoulder and said, 'Abdullah, raise the lower wrap, for whatever part of the wrap touches the ground from below the ankles is in the Fire.'"Abdullah bin Muhammad said, "I have never seen anyone who tucked up his garment more than Abdullah bin Umar."
Ahmad (5713) and Abu Yaala (5714) both narrated it from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Umar, from Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel, from Ibn Umar, who mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel, for his hadith is hasan, though there is slight weakness in it.
