Abu Ramtha reported,

I went with my father to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When I saw him, my father asked, "Who is this?"I replied, "I do not know."He said, "This is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."I shuddered when he said that, for I had imagined that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not resemble ordinary people. But there he was, with thick hair tinged with henna, wearing two green garments. My father greeted him, and then he spoke with us for a while.He asked, "Is this your son?"My father answered, "Yes, by the Lord of the Kaabah, I bear witness to it."He said, "Indeed, this son of yours will not bring guilt upon you, nor will you bring guilt upon him." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited, "And no bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another" [Anam 6:164].Then my father looked at the growth between his shoulders and said, "Messenger of Allah, I am among the most skilled of men in medicine. Shall I treat it for you?"He replied, "Its physician is the One who created it."

عن أبي رمثة، قال

انطلقت مع أبي إلى رسول الله ﷺ، فلما رأيته قال أبي: من هذا؟ قلت: لا أدري، قال: هذا رسول الله ﷺ، فاقشعررت حين قال ذلك، وكنت أظن أن رسول الله ﷺ لا يشبه الناس، فإذا له وفرة بها ردع من حناء، وعليه بردان أخضران، فسلم عليه أبي، ثم أخذ يحدثنا ساعة، قال ابنك هذا؟ قال: إي ورب الكعبة أشهد به، قال: أما إن ابنك هذا لا يجني عليك ولا تجني عليه، ثم قرأ رسول الله ﷺ: {ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى} ثم نظر إلى السلعة التي بين كتفيه، فقال: يا رسول الله، إني كأطب الرجال، ألا أعالجها؟ قال: طبيبها الذي خلقها.
