The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Three things follow the deceased. Two return, and one remains. His family, his wealth, and his deeds follow him. His family and his wealth return, and his deeds remain with him."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: يتبع الميت ثلاثة، فيرجع اثنان، ويبقى واحد، يتبعه أهله وماله وعمله، فيرجع أهله وماله، ويبقى عمله.
