The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The son of Adam grows old, yet two things in him remain young, greed for wealth and craving for long life."In another wording, "The son of Adam grows old, and two things grow along with him, love of wealth and desire for a long life."
Bukhari narrated it in Riqaq (6421), and Muslim narrated it in Zakat (1047), both through routes from Qatada, from Anas, who related it. The first wording is Muslim's, and the second wording is Bukhari's.
