He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a she-camel named al-Adba which had never been outrun. Then an Arabi came riding a young camel of his and outran her. This weighed heavily on the Muslims, and they said, "Al-Adba has been outrun."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is a right upon Allah that He raises nothing of this world without bringing it low again."
قال كانت ناقة لرسول الله ﷺ تسمى العضباء، وكانت لا تسبق، فجاء أعرابي على قعود له فسبقها، فاشتد ذلك على المسلمين، وقالوا: سبقت العضباء، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: إن حقا على الله أن لا يرفع شيئا من الدنيا إلا وضعه.
