Umm Sulaym sent him to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with a tray of fresh dates. The Prophet ﷺ began taking a handful and sending it to one of his wives, then taking another handful and sending it to another of his wives. Then he sat down and ate what remained, eating like a man who relished what he was eating.
