The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him, and whoever hates to meet Allah, Allah hates to meet him. Death comes before the meeting with Allah."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: من أحب لقاء الله أحب الله لقاءه، ومن كره لقاء الله كره الله لقاءه، والموت قبل لقاء الله.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Remembrance and Supplication (16:2684), from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, who said, Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Zakariya, from Shaybi, from Shurayh bin Hani, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it.
