The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Ride these animals safely and leave them to rest safely, and do not use them as chairs."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: اركبوا هذه الدواب سالمة، وايتدعوها سالمة، ولا تتخذوها كراسي.
Ahmad narrated it (15641, 15639), and Ibn Khuzayma (2544) and Ibn Hibban (5619) graded it sahih, all of them through routes from Layth bin Saad, from Yazid bin Abu Habib, from Sahl bin Muaz bin Anas, from his father, who related it.Its isnad is hasan because of Sahl bin Muaz bin Anas, for his hadith is hasan except in the narrations of Zaban from him.
