Ayesha heard me speaking after the late evening prayer and said, "Urwah, why don't you give your scribe a rest? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never slept before this prayer nor conversed after it."
سمعتني عائشة وأنا أتكلم بعد العشاء الآخرة، فقالت: يا عري ألا تريح كاتبك، فإن رسول الله ﷺ لم يكن ينام قبلها ولا يتحدث بعدها.

Ibn Hibban (5547) narrated it from Hasan bin Sufyan, who said, Humayd bin Masada told us, who said, Jafar bin Sulayman told us, who said, Hisham bin Urwa told us, from his father Urwa, who said, and he related it. Its chain of transmission is sahih.
