The Prophet ﷺ forbade breathing into a vessel or blowing into it.
أن النبي ﷺ نهى أن يتنفس في الإناء، أو ينفخ فيه.
Narrated by Abu Dawud (3728), Tirmidhi (1888), Ibn Majah (3429), and Ahmad (1907), all of them from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Abdul-Kareem Jazari, from Ikrima, from Ibn Abbas, who mentioned it. Its chain of transmission is sahih.
