The Prophet ﷺ said, "The womb is a branch attached to the Most Merciful, holding fast to Him. He maintains ties with whoever maintains its ties, and severs ties with whoever severs its ties."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: إن الرحم شجنة آخذة بحجزة الرحمن يصل من وصلها، ويقطع من قطعها.
Ahmad (2953), Bazzar - Kashf Astar (1883), and Tabarani (10/398) all narrated it through the route of Ibn Jurayj, who said, "Ziyad informed me that Salih, the freed slave of Tawama, informed him that he heard Ibn Abbas narrating from the Prophet ﷺ," and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Salih the freed slave of Tawama, for Ibn Adi said, "There is no harm in him when the early narrators such as Ibn Abu Dhib, Ibn Jurayj, and Ziyad bin Saad narrate from him." This hadith comes through the narration of Ziyad bin Saad from him, so it is hasan.
