Tabarani narrated it in al-Awsat (5275) from Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Bara, who said, Maafa bin Sulayman narrated to us, who said, Musa bin Ayun narrated to us, from Jafar bin Barqan, from Muhammad bin Suqa, from Talha bin Ubaydullah bin Kurayz, who was a companion of Umm Darda, and who traces the hadith up to Umm Darda, who traces it up to Abu Darda, who traces it up to the Prophet, and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Maafa bin Sulayman al-Jazari, for his hadith is hasan. Haythami said in Majma (10/276), "Tabarani narrated it in al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the sahih, except for Maafa bin Sulayman, who is trustworthy."
