Bazzar narrated it in his Musnad (1723) from Aws bin Mukarram Bahili, who said, Habban bin Hilal narrated to us, who said, Sadaqa bin Musa narrated to us, from Asim, from Abu Waail, from Abdullah, and he mentioned it.Its isnad is hasan because of Sadaqa bin Musa, for his hadith is hasan. His student Muslim bin Ibrahim said, "He was truthful." Bazzar said, "There is no harm in him." But Abu Hatim said, "He is lenient in hadith, his hadith is written down but not relied upon, he is not strong."I say, this hadith of his has sahih foundations, so it is graded hasan on their account.Tabarani narrated it in al-Kabir (10/235) via the route of Habban bin Hilal, who said, Sadaqa Rumani narrated to us, from Asim, from Abu Waail, from Abdullah, raising it to the Prophet, who said, "The most beloved of you to me on the Day of Resurrection are those with the finest character, and the most hated of you to me on the Day of Resurrection are the excessively talkative, the bombastic show-offs."I asked Ibn Bahdala, "What is meant by the bombastic show-offs?" He said, "The arrogant."Sadaqa Rumani is Sadaqa bin Hurmuz, Abu Muhammad, one of the men found in Lisan Mizan. Ibn Main graded him daif, and he is one of the teachers of Habban bin Hilal. If he is someone other than Sadaqa bin Musa, then this isnad strengthens the one before it.
